Robotics and Artificial Intelligence research group was found in 2008 and is engaged in various kinds of multi-disciplinary research spanning from Mechanical engineering to Electrical and Computer systems. The Robotics research is intended to study various
3-Dimensional controlled and stabilized movements with tactile feedback technology on soft touch applications. Investigations in the domain of six degree of freedom movements and tactile sensors in a sensor fusion mode is suspected to resolve research challenges. Artificial Intelligence activity will pursue path exploration algorithms and critical learning systems which could be applied in Image recognition and the Robotics.
