Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree (or)
- Professional Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine / Architecture / Law / Pharmacy. (or)
- Professional qualifications in Accountancy, Cost and Works Accountancy, Company Secretaryship, etc. (or)
- A Master's Degree in any Subject.
(The University may consider other degrees to this list of equivalent professional degree/ qualification, if required.)
Explanation:
'Professional' means a person holding a degree in Engineering, Law, Medicine, Accountancy, etc.
Note:
Along with the above eligibility criteria, a student must have qualified the OpenMAT Test conducted by
IGNOU or any National Competitive Entrance Examination in Management such as AIMA, CAT, EAMCET,
etc.
Candidates who are appearing or have appeared in any qualifying examination but their results are not
declared on or before the last dates for submission of Application Forms for Admission to Management
Programme will not be eligible.
The student must write in the application that they have appeared in Open MAT programme conducted and
have qualified.
Course Fee: Rs.9600 / Semester.
Course Duration: Minimum 2 ½ years (5 semesters) and maximum 8 years.
Medium of Instruction: English
Counselling / Teaching Hours: 25 hours per Subject Maximum 100 hours Per Semester.
Programme Structure: The MBA Programme consists of 21 courses in all.
These comprise of:
- All the courses in PGDIM (Eleven Courses) i.e. MS-1 to MS-11
- Five courses from any one of the specialization streams
- Compulsory Courses (MS-91, MS-95) and one elective course (MS-92/93/94/96/97)
- Project Course (MS-100) equivalent to 2 courses.
